  • STORAGE INFO

    • Once you receive your truffles, place into freezer in an airtight container as soon as possible.
    • Frozen truffles are great for infusing foods such as, eggs, cheese, butter, oil, honey and even hot sauce.
    • You can also grate truffles straight onto your hot dish and let the heat defrost the truffle.
    • If you are not planning to use your frozen truffles right away, that's fine. Your truffles can last up to one year in the freezer!

  • SHIPPING INFO

    • Frozen truffles will be shipped Priority Overnight in a cooler with dry ice.
    • The cost of the shipping will vary by the shipping location you choose. 
    • You will get an email with your tracking information as soon as your truffles have been shipped out. 
    • Please put a preferred ship date in "Additonal Info" at checkout.
    • We do NOT ship on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
