The white spring truffle's harvesting season will begin late-January and last until early April. Because of high demand and limited supply, we are accepting pre-orders now until the harvesting of ripe truffles begins.
Frozen truffles are now available for purchase while supplies last. These truffles are best sliced and grated while frozen and pair best over various pasta dishes and incorporated into oils, honey and salts.
